Rugged Labor was incorporated in 2018 with the primary focus of being able to supply skilled prep labor to the entertainment industry in Las Vegas. We have since developed into much more.


Our Mission is to empower people who are interested in pursuing career opportunities within the entertainment industry to gain knowledge and skills which allow them to assist our clients in all aspects of show production while giving our clients a great experience.

Our Vision is to raise the standard of entertainment labor while improving the future of the entertainment industry as a whole by employing goal-oriented people who want to learn skills that improve their lives.
