What is the pay period? When is payday?

Our pay period is every 2 weeks. Sunday to the following Saturday. Payday is the Friday after the pay period ends.

How do I get my paystub?

We use ADP for payroll. You can go to your ADP account to view your paystub, update your contact information, and change your direct deposit if necessary.
You were sent an email with this information from Payroll Security. You will need to login on the web.

How do I get scheduled?

Text the work phone. Keep your availability up to date in the scheduling app.

I worked outside my scheduled hours.
What do I do?

When you clock out, you can leave a note on your timecard. Please specify who approved your extra time.

Example:

  • If you were scheduled 8a-5p and worked 8a-6p, leave a note saying ‘worked 8a-6p approved by (lead or POC).

When are the slow months?

The entertainment industry can be unpredictable.  In a typical year we experience slow seasons in the summer months and again during the holiday season.

The ADP mobile app is not supported for this purpose and employees should use a web browser to log in.
